The Bruckner Orchester Linz looks back on more
than two hundred years of history and tradition.
Over the past few decades it has become one
of Central Europe’s leading orchestras. Its focus
is clear: the promotion of the works of
Anton Bruckner.
Guest performances have taken the ensemble to
Hungary, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic,
Yugoslavia, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland,
Greece, Japan, China and the U.S., including many
of the world’s leading music festivals.
