Please note the following information about this weekend and plan accordingly:

This weekend (April 27-April 28) is the annual Purchase College Culture Shock carnival and music festival. There will heavier than usual traffic on campus as well as added security, including a checkpoint at the main campus entrance beginning at 8pm on Saturday. We recommend that you allow ample time for travel and parking.

Additionally, The Café at The Center will not be operating this weekend.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you will enjoy the show!

It’s like nothing you’ll see or hear anywhere else. Jazz at The Center events are co-curated by Jon Faddis, Professor and Director of Jazz Performance in the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College, SUNY, and one of the most innovative and inspiring jazz trumpeters of our time. They are one-of-a-kind happenings, festival-style programs that bring together the genre’s greats and rising stars.
