Box Office Hours

The Box Office is located in the main lobby of The Performing Arts Center, on the campus of Purchase College. The address is 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, NY, 10577.

Regular Box Office hours are Wednesday – Friday, noon to 6pm, with extended hours before evening and weekend performances.

Online Ticket Sales

Online ticket sales for each performance close 24 hours prior to showtime. To purchase tickets on the day of a performance please call the box office 914-251-6200 or visit the box office in person.

Late Seating

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. These policies are set by the artist, their production personnel, and the House Manager, and will vary from performance to performance. There will be times that late seating will be allowed at any time during the performance. There will be performances, however, at which late seating will not be allowed until intermission! Please allow enough travel time to arrive at The Center at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled curtain time. Or, better yet, come early, browse the gift shop, and grab a snack at The PAC Cafe!

Patrons who leave their seats during a performance may not be re-seated until there is an appropriate break.

Handling Fees

All single tickets purchased at the Center are subject to a handling charge in addition to the price of the ticket.

  • Online: $3 per ticket.
  • Telephone, mail & fax: $4 per ticket.
  • In person: $1 per ticket.

Administrative Fee

Purchase College charges a $2.50 per ticket administrative fee for events at The Performing Arts Center. This fee will be added to the ticket price at the time of order.

All administrative and handling fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be returned.
