The PAC Box Office

The Performing Arts Center Box Office is located in The PAC’s lower lobby, just inside the main doors.

The box office is currently closed. Regular hours will resume in the fall of 2022.

How to Purchase Tickets

Online Ticket Sales

Online ticket sales for each performance close 24 hours prior to showtime.
To purchase tickets on the day of a performance please call the box office 914-251-6200.

Please note that the default delivery method for tickets purchased online is “email.”
Tickets are delivered as a PDF attachment to the confirmation email you receive upon placing your order. The email comes from center@artscenter.org. We recommend adding this address to your contacts to help ensure delivery. If you do not receive your confirmation email and attached tickets, please first check your “junk” or “spam” folders, and then contact the box office if you need further assistance. For event admission, tickets may be printed out prior to arrival or shown on your mobile device.

Late Seating

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. These policies are set by the artist, their production personnel, and the House Manager, and will vary from performance to performance. There will be times that late seating will be allowed at any time during the performance. There will be performances, however, at which late seating will not be allowed until intermission.

Please allow enough travel time to arrive at The PAC at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled curtain time. Or, better yet, come early, browse the gift shop, and grab a snack at The PAC Cafe.

Patrons who leave their seats during a performance may not be re-seated until there is an appropriate break.

Health & Safety

An indoor mask mandate is currently in effect for all buildings on the Purchase College campus. You will be required to wear a mask to be admitted to The PAC. Read our health & safety policy here.

Accessibility

The Grand and Top Tiers of the Concert Hall and the Balcony level of the PepsiCo Theatre can only be accessed by stairs, we do not have an elevator that reaches these areas. If you have any questions or concerns about accessibility, or if you will require assistance upon arrival, please contact our box office at 914-251-6200 so that we can make appropriate arrangements and ensure that your experience is comfortable and stress-free.

Handling Fees

All single tickets purchased at The PAC are subject to a handling charge in addition to the price of the ticket. Please note that as we are currently offering online sales only, all handling fees are temporarily waived.

  • Online: $2 per ticket.
  • Telephone, mail, fax, or in person: $5 per ticket.

Delivery Method Fees

Tickets purchased at The PAC may be subject to a delivery method charge in addition to the price of the ticket.

  • Mail: $1.50 per order
  • Will-call: $2 per order
  • Email: no fee

Administrative Fee

Purchase College charges a $2.50 per ticket administrative fee for events at The Performing Arts Center. This fee will be added to the ticket price at the time of order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds or exchanges. All administrative and handling fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be returned.
