Black Violin
October 26, 8pm

Stereotype-smashing duo Black Violin – Kevin Sylvester and Wilner Baptiste, a.k.a. Kev Marcus and Wil B. – blends classical, hip-hop, rock, R&B, and bluegrass music on violin and viola, accompanied by ace turntable whiz DJ SPS and drummer Nat Stokes.

And, on this very special evening, they will also be backed by members of the Purchase Symphony Orchestra and a select group of the finest young musicians from Bronxville, Hackley, Hendrick Hudson, New Rochelle, Sleepy Hollow, Valhalla, and White Plains High Schools.

Velvet Caravan
October 27, 7pm

Savannah-based Velvet Caravan practically sold out last season – in the middle of snowstorm! The weather promises to be much kinder to us next Saturday, so come on out and join us for a high-energy evening with one of the most eclectic ensembles in the music business today. This unorthodox, acoustic-based quintet of guitar, violin, standup bass, percussion, and keyboards (including accordion) melds Gypsy, Honky-Tonk, Swing, and Latin, playing upbeat tunes from all over the world with thunderous virtuosity and a relentless sense of humor.

They’ll make you want to get up and dance — and you’ll be able to, as this event will feature nightclub seating with dinner, drinks available at the bar, and, yes, a dance floor!

Tickets: $97.50. Ticket price includes dinner.
Cash bar.
Doors and dinner service starting at 7pm. The band will take the stage at 8pm.
