For Crying Out Loud (excerpt)
Set to songs from U2’s acoustic album Songs of Surrender, the piece unfolds in an interconnected “wandering narrative,” the full company shines in its diversity, and the raw physicality of individual dancers is undeniable.

Midnight Riff (Company Premiere)
Midnight Riff is dedicated to the remarkable women of jazz — Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan, Nina Simone, Dinah Washington, and Mary Lou Williams, whose artistry and innovation paved the way for generations of musicians

Complexions Contemporary Ballet was founded in 1994 by Master Choreographer Dwight Rhoden and the legendary Desmond Richardson with a singular approach to reinventing dance through a groundbreaking mix of methods, styles and cultures. Today, Complexions represents one of the most recognized, diverse, inclusive and respected performing arts brands in the world.
