Dance Works 2020 Fundraiser Showcase

Purchase College and The PAC are closely monitoring the guidelines provided by the CDC and New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) in regards to COVID-19, and have determined that, out of an abundance of caution and respect to our patrons, artists, and the campus community, this event is cancelled. The Dance Works 2020 Fundraiser Showcase celebrates the mission of two great causes: The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and The Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation. Special guest performances TBA shortly as well as performances by Breaking Ground Dance Center, Dance Works, Double Up Dance Company, Magical Movements, New York Dance and others TBA.

This production bridges the gap between professional dancers and local studio performance companies showcasing incredible works of art, represents the scope of dance in its many disciplines and highlights the process students take to bring their training to the stage to help change the lives of the community around them.
