(March 12, 1:45pm) In response to concerns over the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are reaching out today to communicate to you about our remaining performances.

Purchase College and The Performing Arts Center have been closely monitoring the guidelines provided by the CDC and New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and have determined that, out of an abundance of caution and respect to the campus community, our patrons, and our artists, all public events planned on campus for the remainder of the spring semester, including all events and performances at The PAC, are cancelled.

All ticketholders will be notified via phone call and email before the end of week regarding options relating to ticket refunds. If you have questions or concerns you can reach The PAC Box Office at 914-251-6200. The box office will remain open through the weekend to assist patrons.

Thank you for supporting The Performing Arts Center and Purchase College. We are committed to protecting the health of our community and we thank you for your understanding.

Playful, joyous, and stunning, A Simple Space sets audiences alight with non-stop feats of unbelievable acrobatic ability and human physicality. No make-up, no theatrical lighting, just seven acrobats and live percussion. The audience is brought in close, seated on stage, so intimately that you can feel the heat, hear every breath, and be immersed in every moment. With nothing left to hide behind personal narratives come through naturally; this honesty is the essence behind A Simple Space.

Gravity & Other Myths (GOM) is an internationally renowned circus company pushing the boundaries of contemporary circus. Formed in Adelaide, Australia in 2009, GOM has rocketed to stellar acclaim with a series of disarmingly accomplished ensemble works. GOM’s work utilizes an honest approach to performance, to create shows with a focus on human connection and acrobatic virtuosity.

Please note: On-stage seating is general admission; orchestra seating is select-your-own seat.
