Songs of the Spirit: Holiday Craft Fair

The Purchase PAC is seeking no more than 40 artists and artisans that offer unique, high-quality, hand-made goods for the inaugural Songs of the Spirit Holiday Village & Craft Fair, which will take place at The Purchase PAC on December 5 and 6. 

The Songs of the Spirit Holiday Village & Craft Fair will transform The Purchase PAC into a fully immersive experience featuring two floors of live music, art making, and other seasonal surprises, plus two performances of Songs of the Spirit: A Holiday Concert for Peace. 

We expect at least 800 members of nearby communities (Harrison, Rye, Purchase), SUNY Purchase students, faculty, and staff, and residents from the Broadview Senior Living complex to attend the Holiday Village and Concert each day.

The event, including the list of participating vendors, will be promoted on The Purchase PAC website (average 12,000 visitors monthly) and to The Purchase PAC’s email list of 34,000.

  • Vendor load in will be from 9 AM-11AM. Vendors must be ready by 11:50am.
  • All vendors are expected to participate in both days of the event unless specified prior to the event.

Artists, artisans, and authors may only exhibit original works representative of what was submitted with this exhibitor interest form. Food items/consumables are only allowed to be sold if wrapped or sealed. Oils, incense, and candles are permitted to be sold only if signage highlighting the non use of such items on college campuses for Purchase students who may purchase any items listed. No cigarettes, tobacco products, and/or any items (such as pipes) that may be considered or used as drug paraphernalia will be allowed for exhibit or sale.
