Songs of the Spirit: Holiday Craft Fair and Winter Village

Songs of the Spirit Holiday Craft Fair is a two-day holiday event set to take place right here at The Purchase PAC on December 5 and 6, 2026. We expect to see over 2,000 people passing through over the course of two days.

We are currently seeking 50 vendors to participate and want you to be one of them!

Important!

Vendor load in will be from 9 AM-11AM. Vendors must be ready by 11:50am.
All vendors are expected to participate in both days of the event unless specified prior to the event.

Exhibitor Information

Artists, artisans, and authors may only exhibit original works representative of what was submitted with this exhibitor interest form. Food items/consumables are only allowed to be sold if wrapped or sealed. Oils, incense, and candles are permitted to be sold only if signage highlighting the non use of such items on college campuses for Purchase students who may purchase any items listed. No cigarettes, tobacco products, and/or any items (such as pipes) that may be considered or used as drug paraphernalia will be allowed for exhibit or sale.

Exhibitor Statements of Understanding(Required)

Check to confirm all statements of understanding.

I understand that my booth or table must be open for visitors from 12pm—8pm unless an early breakdown has been previously agreed with event staff.

I understand that no cigarettes, tobacco products, and/or any items (such as pipes) that may be considered or used as drug paraphernalia will be allowed for exhibit or sale.

I understand that if I am to sell candles, incense, or anything that may have an open flame after purchasing I must have a sign noting to SUNY Purchase students that the possession or use of candles, incense, or open-flame devices is not permitted.

I understand that if I am to sell food items they must be sealed pre packaged goods.

I understand that I must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as SUNY Purchase College policies while on campus and exhibiting. Any activities inconsistent with state law or SUNY Purchase College regulations are grounds for immediate removal without liability.

I understand that SUNY Purchase is not responsible for any damage or loss of property and for injury to persons resulting from their use of the premises.
